FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
As a member you will want to log in to your membership to access

To log in you may do so at the top right of any page
If you are a current member of MDGFOA and want to review your membership history, access member-only events and or register for an event receiving the member fee option, you MUST Log in.
If you have forgotten your Log In or have not assigned one, please go to 'I have forgotten my Log In...' below

If you are an administrator who regularly registers attendees for your organization and have not acquired an ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT, please contact MDGFOA at mdgfoa@mdgfoa.org.
We will generate an Administrator Account for you whereby you may register your Member and Non-Member attendees.
Please note: When you register another attendee, that attendee will not receive a confirmation nor will it be available to view on their Registered Events list under their logged in account.
You may forward the confirmation email you receive to them and verify their registration with them through your logged in account.
That's correct.
When someone else logs into their account, such as an administrator, they will receive the registration confirmation and will be able to view it in their account.
Administrators once logged in will be able to check on the status of an attendees membership prior to selecting the appropriate registration fee.

Yes. Just log in to your account and go to your event history. There is an icon of an envelope. Just click on that and another confirmation will be automatically sent to you.
