Poor diversity and inclusion has an economic cost; harnessing diversity and inclusion could have boosted US GDP by $70 trillion since 1990.  Doing good is doing well, diversity means boosting returns, sales, and lower earnings volatility risk. American Rescue Plan Act Compliance Update
