Inequalities are everywhere; racial ethnic, gender, LGBTQ+, disabilities, and economic are just some areas to be addressed. Poor diversity and inclusion has an economic cost; harnessing diversity and inclusion could have boosted US GDP by $70 trillion since 1990. Doing good is doing well, diversity means boosting returns, sales, and lower earnings volatility risk. (1 CPE)

The panelists will share their experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and budget issues to achieve racial equity and social justice. (1 CPE)

American Rescue Plan Act Compliance Update

The American Rescue Plan Act was signed into law on March 11, 2021, bringing state and local governments another round of federal stimulus funding. This session will provide up-to-date guidance on what state and local governments can use the stimulus funds for and what they can expect when preparing their annual ACFRs and single audits. (1 CPE)
